My Client Process
1.) Discovery Call
This is the stage where we have a call and talk all about your business, your goals for the project and expectations. After the call I will email you your contract to sign, project proposal, brand/website questionnaire, invoice and a link to a dropbox folder to drop all your files. The files shared may differ depending on your project.
3.) Design Direction
In this stage I will send you two moodboards to choose from based off your answers from the questionnaire. After the design direction is agreed upon.
5.) Revisions
If you are happy with the design we will skip this stage and move right into offboarding, If there are any design revisions needed then this is when we will communicate and collaborate via video call, voice call, or email in order to have a clear understanding of what needs to be changed with the design.
2.) Onboarding
After 50% of your invoice is paid and the contract is signed and returned to me I will then start to onboard you into your client portal in Notion. This portal is optional for the client. If you prefer email we can communicate this way. I will still be uploading any updates into the notion template in order to keep the project moving along.
4.) Designing Stage
This stage is where I begin to design your brand/website based off of your target audience, moodboard design direction and competitor analysis. After the design is complete I will send you a design presentation explaining my design decisions.
6.) Offboarding
Once you have agreed on the final design and the last 50% of your payment is made I will send you your finished design, depending on what package you purchased. If you are having a website designed this is when I will transfer ownership to you and attach you domain. If you are having a full brand design, this is when I will send you your sip file with all your new logos and brand guidelines.
