Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packaged with care in Ohio.

Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

All sticker orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that small sticker-only orders may ship without tracking to help keep shipping costs low.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future as our shop grows!

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, delivery times are out of our control. If your package seems delayed or lost, please reach out. We will do everything we can to help you track it down or find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jennyfdesigns@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
